President John. F. Kennedy - original painting SOLD

"And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country."

He was the youngest President elected, and the first Roman Catholic to hold the office. One of the shortest inaugural addresses, his is not only considered to be one of the best in American history, but one of the most quoted.  To many Americans, Kennedy's youth, energy and charisma gave them hope for a bright future.
